-I can give a warranty of 60 months (5 Years !) on the sold Induction Heaters from the day of the purchase.

(Tempest, Tornado, Radium)

-If your device breaks, you can send it in for repairs.

-I can accept a return if the unit is sent back and I re-sell it to someone else in the first 2 weeks of purchase. If the unit has not been built or shipped, you have the right of withdrawl.

-If the parts have already been bought, I can not directly process a refund - You will have to wait until the heater is resold to someone else.

-Each Heater is hand assembled and a lot of work goes into them, please consider this while ordering or withdrawing your order.

In accordance with Kleinunternehmerstatus exception of §19 of the German Value Added Tax Law, we do not collect or display VAT.
